Calling all loyal cadres – you too can be an MIT secret police bias informant

MIT’s Institute Discrimination & Harassment Response Office (IHDR) seeks both graduate and undergraduate student volunteers to become part of the institute’s growing social justice panopticon. Help wield the power that comes with combining secret police, judge, jury, and executioner into one. By infiltrating student organizations and living groups you can do your part to ensure total values compliance.

Applications are now open for the 2023-2024 school year. You will be trained to work with our bias response team officers to root out and punish microaggressions, micro-insults and microinequities that harm your fellow students, reducing their sense of belonging. You will plan and execute an annual signature event focused on increasing community awareness and knowledge on the topics of discrimination and discriminatory harassment.

There is no better way to build your DEI Statement resume, opening the door to future success in academia. Best of all, experience the thrill as rooms fall silent when you walk in, according you the respect you always believed you deserved.

Candidates must be pure in thought and pledged to the eradication of systemic racism, white privilege, transphobia, ableism, and toxic masculinity. Together, we can build a better world.
