MIT’s Institute Discrimination & Harassment Response Office (IHDR) seeks both graduate and undergraduate student volunteers to become part of the institute’s growing social justice panopticon. Help wield the power that comes with combining secret police, judge, jury, and executioner into one. By infiltrating student organizations and living groups you can do your part to ensure total values compliance.

Applications are now open for the 2023-2024 school year. You will be trained to work with our bias response team officers to root out and punish microaggressions, micro-insults and microinequities that harm your fellow students, reducing their sense of belonging. You will plan and execute an annual signature event focused on increasing community awareness and knowledge on the topics of discrimination and discriminatory harassment.
