Theories and readings focus on the cultural, social, economic, and political aspects of internet use and design, with a special attention to gender and race.
Science Activism: Gender, Race, and Power: Learn how lived experience and other ways of knowing can be used to overcome the systemic racism and sexism of Western Science. Study practical techniques for taking over Science journals that can be used to smash the cisheteropatriarchy.
Identities and Intersections: Queer Literatures: Intersectional solidarity is the key to power. This course reviews the historical roots of Queer Liberation that led blossomed into movements like Queers for Palestine.
